- International Students: Applicants from outside the United States interested in pursuing a degree or certificate in Human Resource Development must enroll in online coursework. Students in the Human Resource Development programs are not eligible to take in-person classes on campus at Villanova University at the present time. However, we will begin accepting applications on September 3, 2024, for international students to begin the program in-person/on-campus in the Fall 2025 semester.
