1. An individual who thinks critically, acts compassionately and succeeds while serving others.
That’s our official definition, but a Villanovan is much, much more. A Villanovan can be a student, an alumnus, a fan of Villanova University; a faculty member in one of our six colleges; a community member who visits our campus; a prospective student interested in our top-ranked academic enterprise. Once you’ve forged a connection here, you too become a Villanovan – a hard-working, big-hearted, nimble thinker destined to go out into the world and ignite change.
