SHRM Certification Prep+
Developed by SHRM, the world’s largest HR association and leading advocate for HR professionals, this course prepares HR professionals to become a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and/or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
The SHRM Certification Prep+ course uses the SHRM Certification Prep System and is taught by expert Villanova instructors, many of whom have decades of experience. Earning certification is an ideal way to set yourself apart in the industry. By completing this course and subsequently passing the SHRM certification exam, you demonstrate your knowledge, competency and value to colleagues and to employers. SHRM has recently updated its testing eligibility requirements to include a wider range of eligible participants. Please check your eligibility, as there are requirements to take the exam.
SHRM Recertification Providers are recognized as a provider of choice for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP credential holders working to maintain their credentials. HR/HR-related educational offerings bearing the SHRM Recertification Provider badge indicate that the program is pre-approved by SHRM for recertification professional development credits (PDCs).

SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP credential-holders may earn up to 39 PDCs for recertification when attending a SHRM Education Partner Program for professional development only.
